The Supaslate Breathable Membrane is manufactured by Don & Low and is a triple-layer fabric, high-performance lightweight breather membrane, made from high tensile spun-bonded polypropylene layers, around a micro-porous polypropylene film.
The high vapour permeability and waterproof nature of the Supaslate Breathable Membrane, combined with excellent tensile/tear strength and high wind uplift resistance make Supaslate breathable membrane the professional’s choice as the ultimate breather membrane.
Designed for use in a fully supported or unsupported tiled, slated or metal roof system. It is equally suitable whether draped unsupported over rafters or laid directly over insulation.
The outer layer forms the functional waterproof surface, the middle layer is the breathable waterproof membrane, and the inner layer protects the membrane from abrasion and damage, also giving additional strength.
This enables the fabric to allow moisture vapour to pass through, whilst remaining fully waterproof. The upper surface is Dark Grey, printed with the head lap lines.

We sell roofing and building products that are often bulky, heavy or long lengths, this means that we use a mix of delivery services, such as palletised haulage, couriers and transport arranged by our suppliers, to deliver directly to you. Bulk and palletised deliveries are a “kerbside service”, this means that the delivery company’s driver will deliver to the nearest roadside access point to your property, however, they will not provide a labour service, such as unpacking your order and carrying it to the bottom of your garden, for example. We ask that customers have the ability and willingness to accept their orders and move the goods to where they want them on their property/site.
