We use a mix of hauliers, couriers and suppliers own transport to provide a fast and cost effective delivery service.

Local Collection

We offer a collection service from our Trade Counter (Rossendale, BB4 4HX)
Open Mon to Fri 08:00 - 16:00.

Delivery times are displayed on individual product pages, most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 Working Days.

Bulky Items

Building materials are bulky and often delivered on lorries, ensure you're able to accept the delivery.

Local Collection

We offer the ability for local customers to collect their order from our Trade Counter, located within our head office:

The collection option only becomes available when a local postcode is entered during checkout (BB, BL, PR). If the collection option is selected, then we will get your order ready and send you an email notification when it is ready to collect. Our trade counter is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 am until 16:00 pm.

Direct Delivery Costs

For customers further afield, we also offer a quick direct delivery service within 2 to 4 Working Days to the majority of the mainland UK.  The cost for this depends on what you’re looking to purchase and your delivery postcode, and as such is given during the checkout after a valid address is entered.

We work with reliable and fully tracked delivery partners, providing services for everything from small parcels up to bulk haulage and palletised delivery so the displayed cost reflects the most suitable service required for your order. For example, an order for 1m2 of Supaslate will be sent via courier and therefore will cost less to deliver than an order containing 30m2, which requires bulk haulage.

*Delivery costs are based on product availability and delivery within the UK Mainland. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur additional costs, if applicable, these will be given in the checkout after a delivery postcode is entered.
*We don’t currently offer a delivery service to Northern Ireland.

When Ordering

Take note of the advertised lead time and the estimated delivery date given in your order confirmation email.

Before Delivery

You will receive either a planned delivery date or courier tracking. Please be home on the delivery day.

During Delivery

Small items will be delivered to your door. Bulky items will be unloaded to the nearest roadside access point.

Things to consider when ordering bulky items for delivery

  • Due to the bulky nature of some plumbing and building materials, some orders will be palletised for delivery. This palletised delivery will be made on a lorry equipped with a tail-lift and pallet truck, meaning that the driver will unload your order and place it at the nearest road access point to your property. This is known as a ‘kerbside service’, and means the driver will not unpack your order and manually move the goods to where you want them on your property, therefore, you must have the willingness and ability to move the goods to where you need them.
  • Deliveries can be made with a variety of commercial vehicles, up to 18-tonne rigid lorries. It is assumed that the property is easily accessible to larger vehicles unless you advise us to the contrary. If there are any access restrictions, such as weight limits, narrow roads, low bridges or dirt tracks, then you must inform us of these as early as possible, to help us put an appropriate plan in place and ultimately help you to avoid delays, failed deliveries and additional costs.
  • You should be provided with a delivery date after we have processed your order, but we cannot currently provide precise delivery times due to the bulky nature of what we sell, and the limitations of the services provided by haulage companies.
  • Deliveries are made during the standard working day, Monday to Friday from 08:00 until 18:00, please ensure that somebody with a willingness to handle the goods is available at the delivery address on the day provided by either ourselves or our delivery partner.
  • If nobody is available to accept your delivery at the address you have provided, this will be a failed delivery, and you will be charged for re-delivery when you reschedule.
  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives on or before the date we provide, please understand that we rely on 3rd party delivery partners, and there could be unforeseen delays. This happens rarely, but circumstances we have experienced are road closures, breakdowns and adverse weather meaning that vehicles can’t make all their deliveries that day, as you can understand these are circumstances beyond our control. Should you experience such delays, our team will work to keep you updated.
  • We strongly advise that you do not hire any tradespeople or commence work until your order has arrived and the goods have been checked. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for consequential losses caused by delivery delays or replacements being required to commence work.
  • Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote areas, this includes parts of Wales, as well as the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Multiple Deliveries

Some items in your order may come in separate deliveries due to them coming from different suppliers or having different lead times. Please take note of product lead times when you place your order with us.

Some items sent by couriers are classified as “non-conveyable”, examples of these would be guttering, drainage and pipes. These need to be moved manually through delivery networks and can sometimes be separated during transit, if this happens then the outstanding items usually arrive the next working day.

Reporting Discrepancies

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that your order is protected during transit, unfortunately, damage and loss can occur during this process, so it’s really important that you check your goods thoroughly when they arrive. If your goods arrive damaged or with parts missing, then please let us know within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery and our team will do their best to help.
