No you don’t need an account to place an order, you can either checkout as a guest or register an account, the decision is yours.

Orders placed on this website will be delivered directly to the address you nominate at the time of purchase, we use a 3rd party courier or bulk haulage to provide this service (depending on the product/quantity you order).

If you would prefer to collect goods from us, then please visit our Trade Counter @ Unit 3 York Avenue, Haslingden, Rossendale, Lancashire, BB4 4HX (opening hours: Monday to Friday – 8 am to 4 pm).

We don’t accept orders or payments over the phone, all new orders are to be placed and paid for on our website or via our Trade Counter (Rossendale, BB4 4HX).

Our helpline is there to assist customers with using our website, product advice and order updates.

We’re an online shop and have a trade counter based in Rossendale, BB4 4HX so all orders can be easily placed on our website or collected from our Depot.
